View Full Version : Bad career move for Blocker?

Was Blocker Wilson's move to Western Australia a smart one or a stupid one? He has missed selection in WA's first Pura Cup match because they already have four quicks every bit as good if not better than Blocker ... Williams, Angel, Nicholson and Clark.
Just seems a strange move to me.

He wasn't getting picked for South Australia last season. From what I heard he'd had a gutful and was choosing between Western Australia and Tasmania. Perhaps he took the wrong option.

yes i know if i was choosing between WA and Tas i'd go the latter every time.

He woulda been looking for the hard pitch to help him out though.

Took a good haul in grade cricket and will be back in the WA side for the next game.

Yep, two 5 wicket hauls in two weeks.

I think it was 5/26 this week?

With Williams in the Aus A squad, Blocker will probabaly get a run against the Vic this week.
