Anyone have any idea exactly what these guys are all about. I've heard the song No one Knows which is a fantastic song.
I believe that they have been around for a long time but always change their lineup as if it was never sposed to be permanent. Also Dave Grohl (for those that don't know he is the Foo Fighters front man and also ex Nirvana drummer) Is the drummer for them.
So what exactly are they about..am I correct with them changing lineups?

Err, that should be Dave Grohl (for those that don't know he is the Foo Fighters front man and also ex Nirvana drummer) Was the drummer for them. Joey Castillo is the new drummer. I'll be seing them in a couple of weeks, should be interesting.

I think they are heavier and more stoner rock orientated. I also believe they write better songs.

QOTSA were in their earlier days (1998ish) promoted as the remnants of Kyuss, a sequel of sorts. I think they're just a poppy watered down version, which is fine if you're into that sort of stuff, but stoner rock it ain't.
If you want the stoner rock sound defined in two words, look no further than : ELECTRIC WIZARD.
I've warmed to this band.
I'm listening to 'the sky is falling' as we speak.
Great song.
