He's only 26. Might be a handy inclusion in our forward line.

Why not? Put him in the forward line with Milne, Riewoldt, Hamill, Burke and Gehrig/Koschitzke and we have a good mix of height and speed, as well as youth and experience. Would love to see Moorcroft at the saints. He's a real goer.

Please God no.

Milne is better at what he does, and you cannot play two midget forward pockets.

Sav, you couldn't have said it any better. Essendon didn't sack him for financial reasons. What a load. He is a hack since he hurt his back.

Fras, in my books he has always been a hack!!

But he's not the only crappy one floating around at the moment hoping to be picked up in the preseason draft. Can you remember the nerves last year when people were talking about a possible Aussie & Moorcroft trade? that thought sends cold blooded shivers down any saints fans spine.

Don't want or need that dirty little blood nugget to be staining the red, white & black jumper. period.

I don't like the way this bloke plays his footy - he's way to much of a smart@ss, really, really in your face. Sort of an evil version Stevie Milne. I'd rather Steve Powell in the pre-season draft if we can get him.

yea screw him

and id never trade aussie for him, never!!

You only need to draft players that will improve your squad. I don't think Moorcroft would do that.

Those rumours of the Moorcroft/Jones trade last year was a worrying time.

Once again Sav, I agree wholeheartedly with you.

Stephen Powell - yes.

I agree. I think he has been a pretty ordinary player in the last 18months. He wouldn't have got a game in a lot of sides...no idea how he got one at the Bombers! BTW, I think he hurt his hip, not his back, but yeah, he has been useless since then.

The Saints are looking ok again for next year. Injury management always seems to be a problem though. Hopefully another rising star (for Luke Ball) to make it three in a row for the Saints. Now all that has to be decided is who is the West Coast player who will finish runner-up?

Look forward to seeing Koschitzke and Riewoldt in the same side together. Go the Saints! (except against Port, of course! ;) )

Great to see that some intelligent opposition supporters know that something special is cooking down at Moorabin. Next year will be a big one Tredders, and hopefully the Saints will be up there with Port in the eight. I like the Luke Ball prophecy as well. I reckon he's almost a certainty for the rising star.

Tredders formerly was a Saints man.

Come on Tredders....you know where your heart belongs :)
