Sean Denamah is goign to assist the coach this year, also going to play in the VFL after saying he would retire! Good news Bomber fans but the bad news is that they aren't training like they should! Anyway hopefully they should catch up with their fitness in the upcoming weeks if they work especially hard... and I know the bombers can do that!

firstly denham wasnt in the premiership side
secondly, henneman, jacobs, rioli, are all hungry
barnes, wallis, long will all want to go out on a high if this is their last season
hird and lucas will be better for last season
blumfield, johnsons, caracella, lloyd, ramanaskaus etc all still young and getting better
you keep believing that essendon will slack off because we know we will have the last laugh
