During the year, the club made a submission to the AFL Commission about draft concessions, which was rejected.

Does anyone have a copy / report of what was contained in that submission ?

yeah you are right the club said to the victorian clubs let us fill the side with queenslanders and we'll give up the extra 10%. But no they didnt want that.
