There was a write up in the local rag about Dicko being injured a couple of days ago. He's got osteitis pubis. Hopefully it doesn't affect him too much over his career. Good news on him being named VC too :thumbsu:

Back at school he'd come in on Mondays and be sore or injured from playing basketball or footy, so hopefully he can avoid being 'as' injury prone the older he gets.

EDIT: I didn't know Lewis Moss got drafted. If it's the one I'm thinking of, my lil' bro used to play soccer with him, he was a gun keeper (QLD state team for soccer & afl) and bloody agile for his size.

Gold Coast wants Panther cubArticle from: The MessengerFont size: Submit comment March 24, 2009 02:45pm
SOUTH Adelaide risks losing exciting Darwin recruit Michael Gugliotta to the AFL's team in waiting, the Gold Coast, just three days from the start of the SANFL season.

The 18-year-old, who signed with the Panthers after missing out on last year's draft, is now being head-hunted by the Gold Coast to play in its TAC Cup team.

"Clearly we're interested in him but we respect the fact that he's a South Adelaide player," Gold Coast player list manager Scott Clayton said.

"At this stage we're talking with him to work out what's best."

hey guys,
for your interest here is some info on Michael Gugliotta
Darwin born and bred. Followed a football pathway representing NT at primary ,secondary and Thunder programme 16s 18s.

All Australian and AIS scholarship holder 06
Played two senior seasons in Darwin NTFL 06,07 for a club called Nightcliff Tigers.
Ivited to draft camp 08 set down some excellent physical performances considered unlucky not to be drafted by many.
Currently with South Adelaide where he will finish the season before joining Gold Coast at the end of the season .

6"5 very mobile, athletic ,good tank. Can be moulded to play where required,
modern utility.Id say early on 3rd tall ,forward or back as he fills out he could be someting really useful.By the way definitely not indigenous .
