Half the time it's the umpires fault for getting in the way.
Do they get fined if that's the case? I would like to see this footage also.
Dont forget 'One week at a time' on ONEHD at 7:30pm tonight,
and 'Footy classifieds' at 10:40pm on chan 9 tonight :thumbsu:
I bet the umpire didn't get fined for charging into the saints player (can't remmeber who, but he got a knee injury out of it) in the NAB cup.

This is off topic from Monfries but isn't worth starting a thread about.
Just curious if anyone knows of the factions at Essendon story they discussed.
It was portrayed as current players being more loyal to Peverill than Skipworth.
While Peverill has a Collingwood jumper on, it will never amount to much.
Reckon it is all a beat up personally like Hird and Lloyd's wife having a catfight.

If it's what I think it's about, it's pretty understandable considering EFC got rid of 'used' players for young ones, but then they took Skipworth in. You would feel a little low for sure, although there is a 4 year age gap. I was dissapointed to see Pev go, but Skippy is going alright at the moment.
Hopefully this soughts it self out sooner than later.
