View Full Version : Expression of Interest Special Mod position on M&E
Ryder Is God is stepping down as a mod so we thought we might put on a Spec Mod for this board. Your role would be to help us run the board with some limited mod powers.
Anyone interested must meet the following criteria:
Quality Poster to M&E with minimal infraction history
At least 2 years BF experience
Age over 22.
Time to put into the board
If you are interested in the position or want to suggest someone then please do so in this thread.
Putting my hand up as I wouldn't mind making the switch from the music board to be a spec here, or be involved in both.
I post here more and I'm more interested in the content here, which I think makes me more suited here than on the music board in my opinion.
Although I'm one year and a couple of days shy of criteria 3.

wow, Mods really are dropping like flies.
I assume Ryder is stepping down, perhaps he's not the only one.
I have a little more than 2 years on BF, and I'm a "little bit" older than 22.
Shame I fail on the other two criteria.
I understand that the AFL section and other subsections of Bigfooty (such as the Cricket forum) need to be controlled to a degree. But what kind of mischef gets moderated here ? I don't know how others could step out of line (aside from saying you're a <censored word> for liking a bad tv show/movie).
Unless you guys are tired of people bagging Eddie McGuire, Andrew O'Keefe etc :D

Xtreme this board is not as bad as some boards you are right. That is why we are only putting ona spec mod rather than a full mod.

I think I qualify. I've made a decent contribution to this board, been here 2 years and I'm 24.

as for me, have 2-4 down pat, you can judge the first one and i know you've slugged me with a yellow before.

Having a few infractions doesn't exclude you. No one is perfect. But if you have a "record as long as your arm" as they say, then that would exclude you. That has nothing to do with me by the way. That is the policy set down by the admins.
