season tickets

I ordered my season ticket, umm about a month ago now, it's been charged to my mum's credit card a few weeks ago, but hasn't been sent out to me.
I was told it'd only take a week, and it kind of hasn't.

Is anyone else having this problem, or is it just my bad luck?

I wouldn't expect any season tickets to be sent out until the end of this month.

I've got mine. I renewed "same again" as soon as I got the renewal, about 13th November I think. I got my season ticket and other stuff by the end of November. I got a free calendar with my ticket for renewing early, I should get a free insulated decanter with my membership for renewing early.

Mum paid my membership (as a Christmas present) a few weeks ago, still waiting on the package to be sent out. I think she did it just in time to get that decanter thingy.

I have received my membership package but have seen no sign of the tickets yet.

I got my season tickets first. 33 days to go to the pre-season cup. I'd wait a couple of weeks and then call the club if you haven't got anything by then.

Got my membership package last Monday, man it's pretty good, i'd urge anyone who isn't a member (in my book you're not a member just by having a season ticket) to go out and purchase one, some really good stuff in it.
