more footy replays, ie classic grand finals etc.
the Giro and Vuelta are on SBS as they have the rights to the Pro Tour.
Next month SBS are showing highlights of the Giro morning and night.
NBL, Overseas cricket tours and possibly the EPL (even if they got the highlights show it would be a fantastic start) would be about it.
Then they'd be running out of programming time. You gotta stop somewhere remember and forking out the money is a problem also.
State league football would be good too. If they recorded one match from each state which the ABC didn't cover and played them on different days of the week or something.

International Cricket
European Basketball, as well as new NBL
A-League/ACL but that really would be a dream.
International cricket, especially Australia's overseas tours. Not sure if a free-to-air network has picked up the Ashes like in 2005, but I will disappointed to miss it.
Replays of all eight AFL games from the weekend. In particular the non-televised games only shown on Foxtel.

If they get the EPL i would be stoked
also if i was the head of ten network i would go absolutely nuts when the next TV deal with the AFL comes out, if they can somehow get the rights to the games that foxtel show it would be the end of foxtel jsut about and one would be the biggest cash cow in australian television history. nearly everyone i know has only gotten foxtel for the footy/cricket. if they can somehow get the footy and cricket it would be the safest investment they could ever make, advertisers would have a bidding war to get their ads in prime time.

For those that don't know SBS2 will launch in June. This means that at certain times in July the Ashes will be on SBS and the Tour de France on SBS2. Can't wait for that.
Until then my wishlist.
NASCAR Sprint Cup (the Top Tier)
British Touring Cars
Live cycling stages of the Giro and Vuelta

The problem is if One picked up all afl matches they wouldn't be able to show them just on ONE they would have to show them on the main channel due to anti-siphoning laws. Unless these get updated soon.

nhl, if they can get that, i will be happy especialy during the playoffs
if channel 10 and one hd team up with 9 and fox for the next rights for the afl which is probably going to happen. these rigths will be the best ever. because their will be up to 6 channels maybe covering the games. if you look at it. channel 7 would never use their hd channel or anything else to play afl on it

One would probably **** up the EPL though. Fox have it perfect. 5 games on at the same time thanks to that magical red button.

They could have the early game and the late game while Fox have the middle game with their red button.

There should be a law to stop all FTA networks(except SBS) showing soccer ever again. They always **** it up.
C7 bought the rights a few years ago and hardly showed any games. When they did they showed ads during the game. Nine who had the rights to some of the 2002 World Cup games delayed some games for the nightly news. Recently ITV(uk broadcaster) put an ad on and missed Evereton scoring the winning goal in the last minute of injury time during a FA Cup tie against Liverpool.

The addition of EPL and more NBA would be enough to satisfy me.

I have Fox, so I want stuff that is NOT on Fox...
more NFL/NHL/NBA games is pretty much it (and please for the love of God ten, put on different games than Fox)
also I want all C10 AFL games guaranteed live
Mixed Martial Arts - perhaps news and reviews like MMALive or some of the showtime stuff like Strikeforce or the japanese MMA orgs on HDNet like Dream.
Live AFL matches from 10 would be great, but unlikely.
Oh and less Golf, golf is boring as hell.

The EPL for sure. If they can't get that then get the La Liga or even the Championship. If not then even the J-League, MLS will suffice. They should have a real crack at the A-League when the Fox Sports contract is up though, it'd be a massive coup and the A-League should become even more popular.

Out of every sport requested on the last 3 pages, only the non-tour de france cycling and the f1 qualifying are not shown on fox.
Just get foxtel and you can watch all these things. ;)

Which is why I want one to play the same sports, but the games/events that Foxtel isn't! Fox just doesn't play enough of the NFL/NHL/NBA/etc...
