Can anybody help with a song title/artist?

There's a song I keep hearing at work (on Fox- don't blame me, it's out of my control) and I really like it but the station never gives title/artist (God I hate that). Anyway, it's got a female vocalist, acoustic giutar, and a 'mildish' dance beat. The acoustic guitar bit kind of reminds me of that old Go-Betweens(?) song (Streets of?) This Town. Can anybody help? Ta.

You're right it does have a kind of Go Betweens feel to it.
Everytime I hear it on my region's dodgy FM station I think they're finally getting some culture, only to be disappointed. However, I do think it is a good song.
