Vardy under the knife

Another set back for Vardy...operations on his knee and ankle for tendonitis. Won't be able to train until Christmas, and will be used sparingly in the Ansett Cup.

Also Angwin will be out for a while with an eye infection.

Bad news about Vardy but then he is only a bit player in Ayres plans anyway isn't he.

Maybe they can fix his middle fingers too while hes in hospital. They seemed unable to clench with the rest of his hands when he came off against the Hawks!

ps good luck to young Laurie Angwin, you have got yourselves a really god kid there.
