2001 looks like a good year to be a mighty Crows supporter.Matty Bode was under used at Port so he will kick the goals Lippy once did.Hewitt should stitch up half forward for us so Matty Robran can play all season at half Back.Wings where i think we will be hard up so Byrnes and maybe Matty Shir can step up.Talk is Bassett will play up forward , maybe big sarg will fill in at full back? Go the Crows!!!
I think the wings are covered pretty well. Stenglien will step up and hopefully Burton can stay sound.
I don't know what to think about season 2001. I was optimistic that we'd do well, with the new players we'd picked up. Bad luck about Rehn, but he played poorly this year, and was a disturbing influence behind the scenes. Now, everything I read about the Crows says they'll be a good chance for the wooden spoon! They drafted poorly! They're re-building! The only good thing about all this is that we'll slip in under everyone's guard and surprise the lot of 'em.

Don't worry the Pride of and Crow54, we'll have a great season in 2001. Ignore the garbage people have written about us, saying we'll be bottom four and such, we'll be much improved this year and a finals spot is a definite possibility. Whatever you do, don't lose hope.
