Decent seats available TOGETHER mind you. Looks like the AFL members and corporates returned quite a few tickets.

Wtf. I got tickets a week after they came out and I could only get the very back of the top deck. Yet there are tickets now and you can get the 2nd level?

They'll be seats that were going to be used as reserved seats for Essendon memberships, but they haven't been taken up, hence they've been put on sale.

Just looking for tickets now. Says sold out. I'm assuming I'm too late. Anyone know if I'm absolutely totally no chance of getting a ticket from ticketek?

go to the website
then click on the AFL link
the the anzac day game link
then on the right of the page click on buy now strangely enough its under select date wtf? if you have a membership card enter the barcode number first in the box
then select what ticket you want, whether adult/child/conc whatever

and you should be sweet

Appreciate the guidance mate. Enjoy the game. Hope it is worthy of the contest it deserves.

Nothing wrong with the top deck, gives you a good grasp of the game.

It's no level 2, but I wouldn't be too disappointed.

Alright... please forgive my ignorance!

I've got two standing room tickets one for me and a friend -- what is our best option to get the most out of our experience? I've never bought standing room tickets before but upon reading this thread decided I would bite the bullet and give it a shot

(Was originally going to be spending the entire weekend working on an assignment but in a completely out of character thing, I got it done a few days early... :p )

I'm an AFL member and left purchasing my ticket way too late (Busy with work), when I did get my arse into gear the only tickets left at the time were standing room, which I purchased. I just ditched the standing room ticket and got a seat for $38, M15, row V. :thumbsu:

Thanks for the heads up Dave. :thumbsu:
