To help celebrate Dustin Fletcher's historic 300th game this weekend, Essendon is calling on his fans to visit Windy Hill to be in a picture for the Herald Sun.
Fletcher is hoping as many fans as possible - young and old - can join him in this photo which is sure to become a classic!

So put on your Essendon shirt and scarf - or purchase something beforehand in the Bomber Shop - and help Dustin create a lasting memory.

When: 4pm, Thursday, 30th April.

Where: Windy Hill oval.

The 'shoot' will take about 30minutes and the photo will appear in Friday or Saturday's edition of the Herald Sun.

you will be cutting it mighty fine. i wouldnt cut it that fine. you will also have to add a five or so minute run from the station.

I will try and make it straight from work. If you see a bloke in motorcycle gear with an essendon guernsey on, its me. feel free to come over and say hello.

I reckon there will be a lot of fluffing around, setting up the picture. If they say it will take 30 minutes, the actual photo(s) will be taken at the end of that 30 minutes. They will squeeze everyone in who's there before the photo is taken. :thumbsu:

Well a quick run down on what took place. About a hundred or more people rocked up for the photoshoot. Dustins two boys were there too, max and one other. Aged about 6 & 8. both are mini-me versions of fletch!!

Took a series of photos in the Hird stand and on the ground. Photos should be the Saturday Hun.

By the way, bumped into Sam the Rama Fan. Did anyone else rock up?

I went, it was nice to be there for fletch, decent turnout seeing as it was just posted yesterday.
Fletch seemed happy to talk to fans, signed autographs, posed for photos.
Not a lot more to add but it was nice to go instead of staying home playing Xbox.

I was wondering if anyone from here was around but I didn't know who to look for. I don't recall seeing someone in motorcycle gear and a bomber jumper but I probably wasn't paying enough attention.

they chose an average pic IMO. The other setting in the Hird stand seemed better. Oh well, my ugly mug made the paper again haha.

On, Bombertv it looks like there was hardly anyone there. They should've made it 4:30-5:00, but people wouldn't have had time to get from school to WH.

They picked the worst pic possible for me, I over estimated my height and got caught at the back. You can see my eye if you're lucky.

is there somewhere where we can find the rest of the pictures because they by far picked the worst picture - or couldnt they have at least put a few on the page so we could see them all!
