OK, let me rephrase.
What the #$%@ does it mean?
It comes from the way some people pronounce 'media', particularly those who work in the 'media'.
It also sounds a little bit like 'ouija board'.
Oh my sides. Get me some tape!
I've moved a few threads over here to kick the new board off. Hope nobody minds too much.

meeja sounds gay but oh well good idea for this board although would it have really hurt to combine it with the music board? Perhaps there r too many threads on music i dunno but sometimes it can tie in like if you've got a singer/actor/tv soapie star

I would have thought that the title of this board was as conducive to posting as calling the main board the Ozzie Aerial Ping Pong Whingeland would be.

I find that online, people take things the way they are feeling. hence when chatting I add smileys fairly often. Lately I've left them off many posts to keep people guessing. It's amazing watching sarcasm go over certain poster's heads.
