Yep im the same. Was at StKilda game and IIRC the cheersquad was at the Coventry end, remembering that was an away game. Do they mix it up or are they consistant?

THey must not have many Crows supporters coming - I was keeping an eye on the tickets and they had tickets from section 4 row B back (which is the bay right at the Lockett end where the opposition are).

No club has as much away support as The Crows, not sure if it`s alot of Crows who live in Melbourne, but they really do get up off their arses and travel to support their team more than any other.

There's also a whole thread of Crows fans going to the match.

Sitting in the opposing cheersquad isn't so bad. Was in the Richmond cheersquad, was annoying at the start, but of course in the second half, it was rather quiet and it was funnier :D

swans or lions have more due to the south melbourne / fitzroy backgrounds, but adelaide would probably be next, yeah.

apart from those 3, you barely hear a peep out of the other interstate fans.

imagine gold coast and west syndey

No-one travels in numbers as much as Crow fans. Essendon get heaps to W.A games due to being the third most supported club in W.A which used to drive Cuddles Connolly mental.

Is this game a chance of selling out? I was hoping to just rock up with the membership card instead of again running around the city trying to find an open internet cafe with printing (also, I'm waiting to hear back from someone who might wanna tag along), but definitely don't want to miss out. Thanks for any knowledge.

Given that the Geelong match fetched 48,000 I would expect this week to see a crowd of 45,000 +. Normally when that happens it is standing room only for purchase at the gate. Given that the match isn't until Sunday you probably have a few more days to decide.

Never.

And if you need proof just look at the Carl v Rich game 2 weeks ago, Carltons CS was in the Southern.

Home team ALWAYS get the Southern Stand (bar Collingwood who are in the Ponsford home and away)
