Noticed on League Teams that we have only won 4 of our past 15 at the Dome. This has to be another reason why we have to play the majority of our home games at the G. It's a piss poor record.
We've won 7 out of our past 10 at the G. The open ground suits our quick run perfectly. Contract can't be broken though can it?
Totally agree. We have been fantastic at the MCG this year and it definetly suits out style of play.

That includes:
-3 losses to Geelong
-2 losses to St.Kilda
-3 losses to Footscray
I understand your point but I doubt we would have won these games even at the 'G

What a silly argument !
Essendon FC had the best record at the dome from 2000 - 2005 by far.
Did anyone post that we should play all our home games at the Dome ?
We change all our home games to the MCG ( due to our recent good record ) and then in 5 years time - Lets look at the stats and find our record at the Dome is better - so we change our home games again.

We have a good 'G' gameplan... we need to work on a better plan for the Dome. A longer kicking style game plan would work better. Don't lose all the run and dash... but it is easier to close it off on a smaller ground.

I think it`s a combination of a shocking injury run and being shithouse for a few years.

Very noticeable that we play worse at the Dome.
Some players like Jetta and to a lesser extent Lovett excel at the MCG.

Didn't help today.
We win 1 in 4 games at the dome.
Would we have won at the MCG?
I presume so.
