HAHAHA. Now that's entertaining.
Well done to the guy. Not often you get a hat-trick, even if it is Bangladesh.

Chaminda Vass now has the impressive figures of 5 for 8 off just 3 overs.
Bangladesh are in heaps of trouble... 5 for 34 after just 6 overs.
Amazing!!
This is a 50 over match isn't it???

Chaminda Vass has made history by being the first cricketer to take 3 wickets with the first 3 balls of a one-day international.
The commentators also said he was the 3rd player to take a hat-trick in a World Cup match. Does anyone know who the other 2 players were??
Considering Bangladesh made 120 against Canada, really it isn't at all surprising.
Btw, other two were Charma and Saqlain I believe.

The first 5 overs reminded me of playing that old game with the sliding thing-a-majigs "TEST MATCH" ... you know, where you either hit a four, bowl a wide, or get a wicket. Or "Shane Warne Cricket" on the Playstation where you hit the "Smash the bejesus out of it" button every time ...

Chetan Sharma against the Kiwis in 87 and Saqlain Mushtaq against Zimbabwe in 1999
Here's a trivia question for you - who is the only person to have taken a hat-trick in a Commonwealth Games match?
