1st day of Training

Does anyone have any news from the first day of training?

The eagles now have a full squad of 38, but a few extras have been training with the Eagles (Troy Wilson - Former West Perth, now East Perth big man is likely to join the squad as a replacement for Gherig/White).

What other delistments do you think the club will make?

I havent heard anything which is annoying cos just yesterday theres was a report on the news all about the 1st day of training for the Shockers. I thought it was going to lead on and have some Eagles news aswell but nothing.... http://www.bigfooty.com/ubb/frown.gif

I can tell you that Andrew Williams and Callum Chambers were two stand outs in the time trials.

You mean to say Perth media devoted time and attention to the Dockers whilst completely ignoring the Eagles ???

I know that both Channel 10 and 7 had coverage. They showed the boys sweating it out!

Ok just a training update. I saw Chad Morrison, Phil Read and Benny Cousins jogging along City Beach this morning - I think they had just finished their morning training session at City Beach oval, poor guys cant even swim now!
