One month to go before the Ashes, and i was listening to the Surrey v Glamorgan match- wow, I doubt I'd recognize Sophia Gardens with everything they have donw in the last two years- new stands at the River End, the pavillion removed and a huge set of stands on the side view of the pitch...and a Media Center dominating the City End with new stands there as well- remember watching a one day match there five years ago and thinking what a lovely ground- and having locals tell me about sobers' six sixes there- would he even know the place now?
Oh, well, I guess it is the Ashes.....
