In your oppinion who is the best player to ever put on a westcoast eagles guernsey. I would have to say my votes would go to Peter Matera and Glen Jackovich. You may have other oppinions so tell me

What a crazy question, there's so many of them. Guy McKenna, closely folllowed by Jakovich and Peter Matera.

But I think Wirrpunda has the ability to top that list if injuries don't stop him.

It's a tough one and It would be too hard to name our very best player since there has been so many champions at the club.

Just to name a few: Woosha, Jako, Cousins, Matera, McKenna, Kemp, Lewis have all been great leaders to the club and have been an ingredient in our onfield success.

Woops I forgot that there was so many great players! Lewiw and Mainy and the likes. We sure have had some talent in the past! I've heard that some say Peter Sumich is still the best full forward to play for the Eagles but I think that Scottie is better...what do you all think?

Chris Mainwairing was one of the best for me
the guy was pure heart and soul for the blue and gold.

If I may offer a view from outside the Eagles camp - Guy McKenna. A player I always admired, and still do. He was an asset to your club. I believe he will be remembered in years to come as one of the greats.

All brilliant players but I have never had that feeling of exhiliration with any players as I have had when Peter Matera exploded off the wing. My all time best 10.

Peter Matera
Dean Kemp
Chris Mainwaring
Guy McKenna
Brett Heady
Don Pyke
Tony Evans
Glen Jakovitch
Craig Turley
Ben Cousins

Hopefully they will be displaced in time by greater stars.
Apologies to Suma, Cummings, Lewie, Fatty Lamb and Monkey Brennan that were almost in the list

I can't name just one, even just 6.
I will name some though, but I will miss some. Jako, Kemp, Roo, Loo Loo, Mainy, Suma(He was a good full forward, 500 goals, that's why he gets a mention.) For the time he was here Glendinning etc etc.
