Wanted wasn't much chop, run of the mill action, with the most obvious 'reveal/twist' ever.

These are just links to trailers to the below average action flick that came out last year right?
It's shit.
They can 'bend bullets' (why they do this isn't really explained..) and there is a sewing machine that tells the future...
I really must live under a rock.
I didnt realize there was a wanted 2 and that wanted was an old release.
So just typical action fodder in the end?

Very much a by the numbers action film, some impressive visuals but ultimately a poor movie.
I'd compare it to 'Jumper', which came out around the same time.
Havent even heard of 'Jumper'.
You know, action flicks are so typical. You rarely see the envelope being pushed, or being pushed in a direction it hasnt been pushed before.
There have been some good ones like Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, just to name one off the top of my head.
Matrix-1 was pretty damn good at the time.
Can anyone recommend recent action films that are must-sees?

Taken. Absolute gun movie starring Liam Neeson.
I thought wanted was going OK until it became ridiculous with that ****ing weave of fortune. I could not contain my laughter when Morgan Freeman revealed their "secret."
