I take it no one knows yet?
Don't think a date has been announced by the club, but i assume that it'll be held the weekend prior to Round 1.
I heard somewhere they wern't going to have one - maybe because of the local cricket (too much hassel having it in the street) but seeing as the local side isnt in the cricket finals, they may

I got this e-mail today... still doesnt have the date
The date should be finalised this week. Currently looking at mid March.
Thank you for your correspondence regarding the EFC Family Day. We have
been looking for a way that we can take this same Family Day experience and
the team, to a much larger percentage of our membership and supporter base,
and we believe the 'Family Training Days' model that we are trialling in
2003 will achieve this objective.
As part of our alignments with the Bendigo Diggers, North Shore Football
Club (Sydney) and Redland Bombers (Brisbane) we will hold Family Training
Days in these areas. Included with this year's schedule at least one
training day at Windy Hill will also be conducted to cater for those people
who usually attend the Family Day at the start of the season. Branching to
the regional areas in Victoria as well as interstate markets enables us to
touch those people who are unable to travel to the annual family day, while
still providing a similar event at Windy Hill. The new format of these
sessions will enable attendees to watch their favourite Bomber stars in
action during a training session, whilst enjoying a free sausage sizzle.
There will also be many great prizes to be won and addresses from the
coaching staff. I hope you are able to join us at one of these training
days. Details of the event will be released on our web site
www.essendonfc.com.au in the New Year.
Kind regards

Regional AREAS of Victoria? I'm sorry, I only saw one regional Victorian venue listed there, and that was Bendigo. It's a hell of a lot easier for me to get to Melbourne than it is to bloody Bendigo. Great. :(
