Widely regarded as one of the international music industry's most important ceremonies, the 2003 BRIT AWARDS has brought together an array of the past yearıs best musical releases with both Best of the Britishı as well as International awards. Nominees for Best International Group include the RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS, FOO FIGHTERS and NICKELBACK while those in the running for Best International Album include EMINEM, RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS and NORAH JONES. MISSY ELLIOTT, ALICIA KEYS, AVRIL LAVIGNE and PINK have been nominated for Best International Female Solo Artist, while the line up for Best International Male Solo Artist is BECK, EMINEM, MOBY and BRUCE 'THE BOSS' SPRINGSTEEN.
British TV personality Davina McCall will host the star-studded show which features live performances from PINK, COLDPLAY, BLUE, AVRIL LAVIGNE, SUGABABES and a super hot rendition of Blondie's 'Rapture' by JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE and our own KYLIE MINOGUE.
Not to mention a special appearance by music legend TOM JONES who will receive the Outstanding Contribution to Music Award.
