Hi Guys,
Hope you dont mind me popping into the Freo Board. l am most interested in an update on Justin Longmuir after his knee injury. How is the injury coming along and how many weeks will he be out for, ie how much of the real season proper will he miss.

The injury's possibly not going quite as well as it was before I walked into him on Friday. Literally *bang* Really quite embarrassing... but then it's hard to miss someone that big! It really is... Besides, he's not very fast moving on the crutches... really should've moved out of my way.... ;)
But seriously, wouldn't have a clue :p

According to the usually totally wrong and crap FootyGoss site J Lo should be back by round 1.

He might be back by round 1, but I'm expecting a round 3 or 4 return to the Dockers team.
