The Tony Grieg thread and his small repetoire of quotes reminded me of this great game, and some great pieces of video game commentary from (I think) Jon Agnew and Geoffroy Boycott.

"That's four all the way."

"That was a longhop - it was so short my mother could've hit it."

Ah the amount of time I wasted playing that game :D

My friend and I used to play it all day long. Once we played two player and guided australia to the realistic total of 0/1450. Ponting and Mark Waugh both made 700.

Well I have the game but I haven't played it for ages but definetely the best one that I have heard is:

"There are runs here, and out"

The worst game for stuffing up with Commentary is AFL 99.
