Score board

Will the score board at the gabba, ever be improved. It would really finish the ground off if they made it a colour screen. Are there any plans to do this??

I've heard they're planning on handing out sheets of cellophane at the turnstiles so you can hold them up to your face and see the scoreboard in which ever colour you like! http://www.bigfooty.com/ubb/wink.gif

Joshem I do believe that there is going to be a permanent video board placed in the eastern stand at some stage.

The Lions had asked the AFL for help with the matter and were hoping to have the screen installed before the Essendon game last year. As you know it didn't happen.

It was then also mentioned that some members would have to be relocated from the eastern stand this year due to the screen and these ppl were asked to chose another section of the ground to sit in if that happened.

But that is the last I heard of it....It may however be one of the items that someone brings up at the AGM in a couple of weeks, so we may hear more then.
