Quite simply the greatest food show in Australian history.

Started a couple of years ago.

Basically, a different country's food is the theme for the weekly episode.

Mauve O'Meara visits the homes, restaurants and shops of Australian's of that background to find out about that food, its relevance, and most importantly, watch how it is cooked the way that it's supposed to be cooked.

Shows like this are the answer to world peace :thumbsu::p

If you're interested in food and interested in multiculturalism, this is the show for you.

edit: and of course, it's on SBS (wednesdays at 7:30)

Pretty sure I've seen every episode of this, although haven't got around to getting it on DVD yet.

IMO would be better if each cuisine had an hour dedicated to it, rather than 30 minutes, but still a great show nonetheless.

It's a wonderful, if largely unappreciated show.

It's educational, yet entertaining, and Maeve O'Meara is cracking.

I picked up the first two seasons bundled together on DVD, but i noticed season 3 is now also available.
