I checked the odds lastnight for the Essendon Fremantle game and it was all even at $1.85. Again i checked this morning and Fremantle are $1.85 and Essendon have slipped to $1.90.
Now we are the underdogs, instead of clear favourites, we should have a win! :thumbsu:

It just goes to show how amazing this league is.
Fremantle got thumped by the worst team over the past 3 years in embarrassing fashion.
We beat arguably the best team in a single season for 10 years.
Yet they are favourites.
Don't necessarily disagree though.
Great call Boucks, I didn't even think of that but that's a good point.

And you've got Essendon in 8th basically playing to secure a final, and Fremantle in 15th who would likely give away pick 3 with a win.
It's ok though, bigger odds are fine with me! :)
I used a $4 free bet on Essendon to be the highest scorer of the round at $26.
Don't think it's that unlikely, to be honest.
This will be a massive match to see the true depth of the bombers side and see if they can produce the form from last week.

The oddmakers truly are a strange bunch sometimes, but then again strange things happen to interstate teams at Subiaco too.
While not brimming with confidence I still threw the Bombers into my multibet for the round and took us to win by 1-39.
