How many of these leagues allocate competition points for a win, when a team has a bye ???

SANFL
WAFL
VFL
SFL (Tas)
ACTAFL

Can't help with other leagues but the SANFL don't. Perhaps you could work it out by looking at the ladders after week 1.

None of them do.

To my knowledge only a handful of Victorian leagues in the country award points for a bye.
