{removed stuff about the Wimmera FL}
* The Stawell Castrol Warriors may be forced to open its season campaign this Saturday, with Edenhope/Apsley putting in a bid to join the Wimmera League from the Kowree/Narracoorte Football League.
Edenhope/Apsley has indicated its interest in making the move and a final decision was to be made last night.

Yeah I agree, its a real 11th hour plunge. I'm sure that'd please the KNTFL no end!
Dunno if they'd be up to WFL standard, but I have a history of being proven wrong on these things.

That move is even stupider than Lockington/Bamawm joining the Bendigo FL!
If the VCFL is on the ball - they'll 86 it in nothing flat, just because of it's lateness if for no other reason!
The club is better off in the Horsham District FL if they want to be able to compete.
Side note - if they were to leave the KNTFL, that would leave just one Victorian club - Kaniva/Leeor. Wonder what that would do to the KNTFL's dual status as a VCFL and SANFL affiliate?

Was that on the weekend? Haven't seen results from last weekend for the KNTFL. Good luck to them. Obviously he's the best coach in this half of the state!

Edenhope-Apsley could have alot of wins in the Horsham District league.
Natimuk, Taylors Lake, Stawell Swifts, Kalkee, Pimpinio, Laharum, Great Western, Noradjuah quantong, theirs a light at the end of the Tunnel for Edenhope-Apsley
teams like HArrow Balmoral, Rupanyup would be a challange
with a change might attract them more players how many would work or live
in Horsham :thumbsu:
