The site is now again updated and I will be taking selections for Round 2.
Change to time for this week, and not as stated on the site.
I would like all tips by Saturday morning 10am since I am umpiring in the afternoon.

Port Adelaide to beat South Adelaide (not confident about that one - Port have to reduce their clanger count - but it's at Alberton)
Central Districts to pip Norwood (if it had been at the Parade I would have picked the Redlegs - but one can't ignore that 16 goal effort last week in one quarter)
West Adelaide to beat North Adelaide (at Richmond, and how could you tip the Roosters after their last quarter last week?)
Woodville/Torrens to beat Glenelg (I don't think the Tigers are quite there yet)

I think as important as these tips are for the tipping contset lets just put life in perspective.
Laurence Schache and Jamie Tape are to be remembered in our first home game of the season this week. These 2 guys are not only premiership players but played at the highest level (although not superstars). Along with the Bali victims and how it hit Sturt hard, lets get over our petty bickering, we all love our SANFL and lets just keep it that way. I am living in Melbourne FFS and still attempt to get updates about my beloved SANFL. IT IS AND WILL ALWAYS BE BETTER THAN that disgraceful pretened/attempted AFL. Should be renamed the VFL even though I barrack for a Vic side :rolleyes:

You can ignore it!!!!!! They were playing North Adelaide last week, they were up against quality opposition this week......

From memory Central were "Red hot" Favourites in 1996 also.
and there was another year when they finished top after the minor round and went out in 2!!!!!!
I didnt see any Show Ponies yesterday at The Ponderosa!!!!!

Bulldog Pommy....ur a complete loser......I was more worried of nrwd in the finals then i was on centrals in the gf....they were crap at least nrwd lookd like coming back at stages
