View Full Version : Merged boards.
As you can see all Entertainment related subjects are now under the one board. We have held off with this for a while but we have to tighten the site up a bit and focus a little more on footy discussion.
A couple of other boards have been merged and a couple more will probably be merged soon.
Apologies if this causes inconvenience but the site is becoming a victim of BigSoccer's success, a happy problem really because they pay the bills :)

I don't mind the idea of merging boards, but I woudl really have prefered the music board remain stand alone.
In any case how about getting rid of the General Sports Board? Any sports not already covered on one of the specific boards can surely go on the General Talk Board?
Good call Bluey...the music board had slowed to a crawl of late anyways.

If you are looking to condense the number of boards why not close down the Basketball board and include it in "General Sports"? Makes perfect sense to me as basketball is not overly popular in these parts (although I enjoy it) and probably would be a logical fit in GS.

No way! Basketball is easily popular enough to have its own board. Since it started it has had over 10,000 posts! Thats more than most Team Boards!

The Basketball board MUST stay as it is. It attracts alot of traffic and merging it would deter from the organisation and appeal of the board.
