How is Nathan Thompson's injury?
How is Brett Ratten's injury?
How is Michael O'Loughlin's injury?
How is Ben Cousin's Injury?
How is Brett Burton's injury?
How is Simon Prestigiacomo's injury?
How is Peter Vardy's injury?

Who gives a f@$& about Hird's injury. There are a lot of quality players who have worse injuries than a corkie.

Great I can have a pick of Hirdy session then.

The guy is overrated over paid and a sook. Until he can consistently produce top form he'll never be remember 20 years down the track as a champion. I've always believed that the mark of a champion is a player talked about 15-20 years after they retire and Hird is more likely to be one of the we never his best because of injury but that footy I guess.

Just shoot him now, it'll solve Essendon's salary cap problems.

Sad to see Hird injured again. I hope he can still do a bit for the Bombers this year, maybe even pull out a huge match at crunch time (just not ANZAC day, thanks). I think he still has the very best hands around, more magic in his little finger than there is in most blokes whole bodies.

I don't know if he'll be in the top 50 best players this year, but he has already proved himself a champ, no doubt there.

Yeah I agree this guy gets way too much publicity.

He is only one player in one team.

Overexposed.

Sure he was a great footballer but thats history. I would prefer to read about Stephen Milne - he is leading the goalkicking afterall.

If you want to post this sort of 'stuff' put it on the Essendon bored.

Cheers

:D :D :D

Yep, I saw it fit to move here. Of course, that pretty much killed it.
