Placebo. How appropriate. The only people who hear these guys are the ones who really want to. ;)

Peace,

I saw the album at Eastland in the new bit..In the Virgin shop.
Can't remember how much, but the album should be a ripper.

Might have to take your word for it. Is it as good as Black Market Music?

I've heard Bitter End and if the rest of the album is close to that then it sounds like good value.

It's getting there with repeat listens.

The Bitter End is IMHO the standout 'straight' track - there are others (even a rockin' little instrumental in Bulletproof Cupid) but the album of course deviates off into 'complicated and arty' territory a couple of times (like Something Rotten, which I'm not much of a fan of).

Overall (so far), I think I prefer BMM and Without You I'm Nothing a little bit more.

The bitter end is well good.

I'll have to pick this one up.

Not yet, but BMM is in my top 10 all time so I may be bias.

Second Sight is easily pulling away as the stand out track for me on the new cd.

I hope they do some side shows when they come here in July for Splendour in the Grass......
