Last season had better girls in my view, plus they were not allowed to the "pub" on the first week. That was the best episode last season!

At least Skye is now making a difference in the world.

Unlike the girls on Series 2, this lot have average racks!!!!

Most of the contestants this season seem like arseholes as well as pissheads (especially the one they kicked out). Last seasons girls were civilised compared these ones.
Also they act all blokey tough, but considering they cry at the drop of a hat I reckon they're actually weaker than most.

Still funny to watch though.

Yeah, I thought they'd give Letitia the boot. She gave them absolutely nothing. No remorse, no shame, no indication she might improve in any way.

You're not wrong. This current mob are the worst bunch of tramps that have ever been on the show. They make our own Skye Harper look like a nun.

One of the girls was wearing a Richmond jumper when she arrived at the Finishing School - did anyone notice who?

They also seem to have changed location - the Finishing School location for each of the last 4 series has been Eggleston Hall.

Impressed how the teachers/coaches managed to reduce half the girls to a blubbering child in their final review. Impressive because all the girls would have known exactly what was going to happen and intended to shrug it off because they're soooooooo wild and crazy whoa no one tells them what to do ever!

I thought that dark-haired girl was a bit stiff to be voted out in episode two. She seemed to have some desire to improve, even if she did mess up. By contrast, Danelle, who they called "charmless" was giving them nothing.

It's amazing to see the amount of tears in the first two episodes of this series. More I reckon than in all the other series combined. These girls make themselves out to be hard-arses, but subject them to a little pressure, responsibility or criticism and they go to pieces.

The "ladette" thing seems to be a "protection" for many of these young women. Underneath they're just scared, vulnerable little girls.

I'm a big fan of Rosemary Schrager. She's the scary disciplinarian of the teachers, but when she needs to, she shows a wonderful caring side as well.

I thought it was a tad over the top when she went mental for that chick not correcting her when she got her name wrong.

Season 1 was far better tbh.

A "finishing" school that leaks alcohol. Practiced diciplinarians who seem to have a giant 'blind spot' when it comes to students quaffing forbidden piss!
Yes. Its all true and not staged.
Gill Harbord is very shaggable tho. Those choppers. And that "do me in the doot you nawty boy" look.

An over the top reaction to a minor mistake is the historic way of instilling discipline into people. Not entirely different to how the military turns a complete utter deadshit into a productive soldier.

They said in the first episode the would have to break the girls down completely, but obviously this is TV and cannot be trusted anyway.

Well, I thought the teachers definitely got it right in expelling Kerryn from the show in episode three. Whilst she seemed to be reasonably restrained throughout the series, I don't think there was any hidden lady underneath that tom boy! It was all about surfing and cars and stuff and she seemed pretty comfortable with that. Whilst she wasn't the wildest ladette of the bunch, she appeared as one of the least likely to transform. And seeing those tattoos on her arm when she wore that evening dress made me cringe.

Just when I'd written Danelle off she comes up with the goods in episode three. Good judgement by the teachers.

But how about that bloke at the afternoon tea complaining about the thickness of the cucumber sandwiches? Toffee-nosed bastard! :D

There are none anywhere near as good as Skye Harper from series 1.

Kelly (the Richmond fan) was booted out in the last episode. Which was bizarre given Kayla had resorted to swearing at Mrs Brewer and calling her an "a-hole". Brewer's a tough old bird, however.

Whilst Kelly seemed to have a considerable desire to stay, the ever defiant Kayla openly stated she wasn't sure the finishing school was the right place for her. I can't help but think they've kept Kayla on for ratings reasons. I'm certain they'll never make any kind of lady out of her.

Of the remaining ladettes, Danelle appears to have really made some good progress and the blonde from Queensland has made some progress too, but you have to seriously worry about the other three.

I'm still loving this series, and I think this is definitely the wildest bunch of ladettes the show has seen so far. Danelle would have to be favourite to win from here, you'd think.

I found the girls on last series more amusing, dunno why but they just seemed to act more crazy in a way that wasn't necessarily disgusting. e.g. when they had to go train dogs or something and some of them were running round like 5 year olds.
Still funny moments in this series though.

Didn't watch this series last year, but have watched it all this year and have enjoyed it. The girl who got voted out last was a bit of a surprise, but I think the teachers had had enough of her inability to show emotion, she has a stone face that was often expressionless and impossible to read what she was thinking.

Dinelle is doing very well, the young stripper is really making a big effort, but she is very insecure and completely fumbles over herself whenever she smells the alcohol.

Danelle was the very worthy winner. I think the teachers definitely got it right with their choice of the final three. I think Danelle and Shari made genuine and perhaps lasting transformations. Jessica made a little progress but I hold little hope for her when she turns to the bottle again. Still, at least she's given up stripping.

Kayla was never going to make it to the final three. I thought she should have the gone the episode before. However, in the end she did want to go all the way and when she failed, she took responsibility for her own situation. She was gracious instead of being defiant. That was a good sign at least.

Anyway, I thoroughly enjoyed this series. They were the wildest bunch of ladettes yet and not the most likeable bunch either, but the series definitely delivered the goods. My favourite part was when Rosemary Schrager brought out the live lobsters and declared "you're going to kill a lobster". :D

That is the worst part. She was a good stripper!
