Central West AFL Round One
In the Central West AFL Round One held last Saturday the Cowra Blues continued their winning form in a rematch of the finalists from the CWAFL Lightning Premiership the week before. The Blues edged out the CSU Bulldogs by nine points at George Park Bathurst.
In Mudgee the Orange Tigers were too good for the Mudgee Black Swans running out winners by 114 points, while at North Parkes Oval the Parkes Panthers kicked straighter than the Dubbo Demons to run out winners by 36 points.

The Mountain Lions are in the draw on a "trial" basis" we play all the clubs "officially" once, and have organised another seven games as CSU's "reserve grade". CSU have kindly shifted one of their home gasmes to Katoomba as result.

But I don't see a CSU Reserve team there either, though!

CSU have no reserve grade. We only play as their "reserve grade" (simply for the purposes of the draw - we are quite seperate entities) when CSU are playing at home and we have no other commitments. As it was we were scheduled to play Bathurst last weekend as an "official" CWAFL trial game.

No, we don't play for points. We're in the league on a trial basis. We have seven official trial games against the other CWAFL clubs (so far we've played CSU and Bathurst) and we have organised seven unofficial trials against reserve grade sides when their first grade is playing CSU. CSU have only got a first grade side.

I was reading it as some official games, and some unofficial trial games.
