Anyone who watches the great gaming show Good Game 8:30 Monday nights on ABC2 will know that one of the hosts Jeremy Ray AKA Junglist was dumped from the show by the ABC for unfair reasons so help fight and get the ABC to let him come back

I must admit, I do watch the show :o.
The forums have been going crazy for over a week now.
That ho Hex is pretty bad, bring back Jung :).
I thought the treatment of Junglist in this case was downright terrible and from what I can tell absolutely unnecessary.
Junglist was a great host who knew what he was talking about. And you could tell he was very passionate about video games by the way he reviewed them. He told you what he thought, not what everyone else should think.
Junglist coupled with the GG's other host Bajo was a great combination. Their comedic style was hitting the mark, and their hosting chemistry was excellent for this kind of show. My question is, it was working so well, why suddenly split the pair in the middle of it's finest hour. Can you imagine the uproar if Homer had been taken during the Simpson's halcyon days?
The new female host, Hex isn't bad by any stretch of the imagination, and I don't like the fact that there are many who are unleashing their anger on her. The problem is that Hex and Bajo are too simular and don't work as well together as hosts as the previous pair. I think the best solution would of been to simply add Hex as a third host instead of treating a veteran host in a way that can only be described as shameful. Yet another case of political correctness and it's evils as far as I am concerned.
I wish Junglist luck in the future, hope he pursues further projects because he was an excellent presenter who didn't deserve to be treated in this manner.
I must admit, I do watch the show :o.
No need to be ashamed, it was a good show that had a style that appealed even to the non-gamer. I don't play games as much as I used to, but this was a must watch for me, as the presenting style, humour, reviews and hosting chemistry were all excellent considering it's budget and place.
Well the ABC's reasons for axing Jung was that they wanted "a fresh look for 2010 onwards". What a load of crap.
Jung didn't want to appear in a final goodbye episode as he didn't want to condone the ABC's actions.
Now they're making 'Good Game: Spawn Point' for children. Why couldn't they just stick Hex on that show and kept viewers happy by letting Jung stay on the normal Good Game? It just doesn't make sense and the ABC have said they won't be going back on the decision.

Personally I've thought that Jung was a better host than Bajo.
Looks like I'm be giving GG a miss in 2010 :thumbsd:

Did like this show, haven't watched for a couple of weeks though and I wont be tuning back in, loved the geeky humour between Bajo and Jung.

Only watched it occassionally and I always thought Jung was the better of the two to be honest. Seemed to have more background knowledge of gaming in general and the history behind games.
The blonde chick obviously doesn't have much of a clue and the ABC are trying to get the show to appeal to a demographic which I doubt they are going to get.
The internet backlash has been interesting to watch - from blind hatred towards the new host to petitions and facebook groups to have Jung come back.

Always Vodcasted this to my Ipod and watched weekly, watched on the way home last night from work and was like wtf, hoping it was just a once off. But as it stands its for good, poor form ABC poor form :thumbsd:
This sort of terrible conduct from the ABC management deserves to get mentioned on Media Watch. Send your complaints that way too.
Interesting to see the replies on the actual Gaming board...
I wish I had a gamer girlfriend like her.
I wish I had a gamer girlfriend like her.
I don't think thats debatable.
But I want Junglist back :( *goes and cries in a corner*
As if she's even an gamer, she's just there for eye candy.
And take that nose ring out ffs. Makes you look cheaper than you already are.
That's right! BRING BACK JUNG :D.

Well that's disappointing.
I'm no expert when it comes to gaming, but it was always good viewing at 11:45 on a Friday night on the normal ABC.

I had no idea what was going on when I watched the newest episode, I was thinking that Jung might pop up sometime soon or he was off sick and she was just filler but then I went to their forums and they were in meltdown mode.
I don't mind Hex (even if she has a shit handle) but Jung was GG as far as I was concerned. Don't think I'll be tuning in as much anymore, maybe just to see specific reviews but that's it.

Odd decision from the ABC. I watched Good Game before FlashForward started up and I thought the hosts did a good job in actually making a show about video game reviews watchable.
Junglist was also interviewed quite often by ABC's PM and the World Today programs (their flagship current affairs programs) about the censorship of that video game which name escapes me, so he was clearly highly regarded by somebody - until something happened.
I hope he makes it back.

Interesting that he's spoken out about it.
Shame on the ABC, looks like he won't be coming back now.
The ABC have once again turned something good to shit.
The ABC have once again turned something good to shit.
I'd rather the show die with what little dignity it has left rather than replacing Jung with a woman to sex up the show. Especially because the female is bad at being a presenter.

Watched it for the first time on Friday since Jungs been axed, what a farce!
I turned off after 10 minutes or so, just not credible anymore, that chick is too unbelievable as a game show presenter :thumbsd:
The nose ring adds to the overall ridiculousness.

ABC claims that Junglist's back-stage behaviour was making life difficult for the rest of the production staff.

ABC also gave them only one day to play a game and review it, which Jung argued against.
Look what happened last week, they admitted they didn't even finish playing a game and that didn't go down so well. ABC are a joke.
Btw, Hitler mad at the ABC kicking Junglist from Good Game:
