A while ago I would have put the house on M.Lloyd, but J.Johnson has firmed in my view. Would be happy with either.
I've ruled out Lloyd as captaincy material. That boy is a fool!!
I am very ****ed off with him at the moment.

Out of those 4 (Barnard is lucky to be in the team), Wellman is the only choice. Lloyd plays dumb footy too often, i.e. getting sucked in.
Hard thing to judge, who should be next captain as we don;t know the players, only what we see on the field.
Rioli, too many off-field issues, JJ good choice (would be happy with him), Razzamatazz - I think he could be good, except he's not a big fan of the media.
Fletch - too undsicplined, M. Johnson, I think a possibility as he tries so hard and has really worked on his undisciplined play.
And of course the Legend, Peverill. He should get the nod. No one works harder or would be more liked as Captain. He epitomises the bloke next door who doesn;t have the unbelievable skills, but still gets the job done.

Mark Johnson would probably be my choice.
Hope you don't mind EF but I expanded the poll to include more players, and reset it so that those who wish to re-vote may do so.

As much as I'd like it to be Lloyd, he's starting to prove maybe he shouldn't be. Needs to get his act together. :S
I'd like it to be Peverill, but give it a bit of time! Either of the Johnsons would be great too.

Either Johnno would be good......
I have heard so many people at the Club say that no one works harder on the track at the Club than MJ.....He would be a very good example for the young blokes to follow. :D

Mark Johnson would have to smarten up his act onfield in regards to player discipline if he's to become the next captain.
Ramanauskas would have to be the better choice, hes skilled, disciplined and has experience. All that and hes only in his early 20's.

Rioli's inspirational play will be come consistent by the time Hirdy retires to earn him the captaincy. Hey I can dream...

Wellman would get my vote. I think JJ would be a good captain as well but i would prefer him just to focus on playing well in the midfield.
