(I have a tattoo of Homer and Marge in a love heart,that was taken from 2002's 'slim line' calender,I'm thinking of getting the rest of the family,and even Ralph Wiggum)

South Park was good, and still has some alright episodes. But the Simpsons for me!

The Simpsons......i never tire of it, even after watching endless repeats.
Hard to split em, but I went Southpark, as I've laughed harder at that (til I nearly split an intestine). Simpsons is an absolute gem of a show too, and in reality probably more of a classic.

I love South Park and even though both shows have fallen off a bit, The Simpsons is on another plane. Not only is the Simpsons the best Cartoon of all time. It's one of the greatest TV shows eveer!

Used to love both, but have gone off both completely. I would probably just go for The Simmo`s.

The best Southpark episodes are a lot funnier than the best Simpsons episodes imho. Although the Simpsons is probably more even.
I'd take SouthPark though, the Simpsons don't make me lol anymore.

Southpark is utter ****e.
Although there was one episode I happened to be watching that made me laugh. "Sea people, plus semen, equals sea-ciety!" :D

Flat Tie, Baseketball and Cannibal are frikken different too(if you want to see a REAL funny adult cartoon though look for a movie called Go To Hell, it pops up on SBS now and then and is Pi$$ funny)

I like South Park though, it is pretty funny but the Simpsons cant be beat.

Simpsons for me, I just can't get into southpark. Hubby laughs his a$$ off but I can't seem to find the humor in it.

the simpsons win due to its longtivity. south park was good at its peak, but has died down now. both good, but in the end the simpsons

To even mention South Park in the same breath as The Simpsons is an insult. Bit like comparing Comedy Inc. to Monty Python.
I've seen countless episodes of The Simpsons, and have not laughed out loud once. Some of the jokes make me smile (occasionally), but in the main they are just so obvious. Where's the humour in it? I've been baffled about this one for ten years! I honestly can't understand why it's so popular.
recent episodes of the simpsons have mostly been tired and predictable whereas the new south park episodes have been pretty funny and current. But overall the simpsons are the better series and has a wider appeal.

The Simpsons is much funnier. Doesn't need to get into the gutter to make a laugh - South Park is only funny when it's in the gutter.

....but South Park makes me laugh out loud, and has catch-phrases that stick in my head. The Simpsons hasn't made me laugh in ten years of exposure to it. So which is the funnier?!

I love both of them, but probably the Simpsons more....
The Simpsons because it has consistently been funny. South Park has dropped off. i dont think anything could beat series 1 of south park, or the south park movie.

Comedians who need to swear, aren't funny. Ditto TV shows.
Simpsons...EZ.
But just because someone swears doesn't mean they're not funny. Swearing's not a big part of SP anyway. Ben Elton swears a lot and he's ****-funny.
