If my memory serves me correctly he also coached for almost half a season as well. He seems capable of blaming every one but himself, I wonder what would have happened under Wallace if the same situation had existed after round 2.

Roos recruiting was up the spout and his coaching and innovation leaves a lot to be desired. This minder idea is a total failure and needs to be changed - and fast. Appoint 2 VC's and get rid of the minders - at the present they need minding themselves. Someone like Williams and Goodes would be a solid back up to Maxfield who needs solid support rather than the inadequate situation he has inherited. It will also get his game back on track.
