given that these matches are on at a shocking timeslot, i have been struggling to even watch the first hour. i usually switch off the tv and go to bed with the radio on but i always fall asleep (damn annoying that) only to wake up in the morning when its practically all over. I dont have to work today so i was planning an all nighter, instead i caught 5 overs if i was lucky  has anyone else had more luck watching this series?

I'm basically the same. Try and stay up and watch it. Go to bed with the ABC on after half an hour and then catch the last half an hour.

In the first Test, a couple of days I got up at 6 and watched the last hour; and on the Saturday night I was still up at midnight so I watched about an hour or so before beddy-byes.
This Test I haven't seen any of yet - I'm at my parents' place in Victoria and they don't have pay-TV.

Taped it, went to bed early, got up at 04:30am (had to start work at 7am) took me just over an hour to watch 4 hours cricket, (with Fast-Forwarding) watched it live from about 5:45-6:30 till I went to work. Will be doing the same for the next 3 days

when we got Optus Vision way back in 1996, i remember them saying they'd be 3-4 days.
3-4 weeks later, we finally had the cable guy come around to install the thing but only because of repeated complaints. Apparantly they cant install it if it's raining, if there is traffic or even if the guy has the sniffles.

I have tried to watch as much as I can but usually, I fall asleep and wake up around 6am to watch the last hour or so.
It will be less when I have work the next day, I'll probably have to settle for just the highlights package on Foxtel.

I haven't seen any due to the fact that i don't have pay tv. I only see the highlights on the news each night.

Not as much as I would like. I love West Indian cricket.
I've been watching a bit on Fox, before I head to bed and listen on ABC. The timing is shocking and I've missed some great cricket, but I've been keeping good track of the happenings.

None, since I don't have Foxtel.
But I have listened to a little on the ABC radio and of course the daily sport highlights on the news.

Depends on what i'm doing, but if at home (and alone), i watch the first session before throwing in a tape for the last few sessions.

Seinfeld marathon is only on between 6am until midnight each day.
I watch the first 30 minutes to an hour of play, then go to bed with the radio on.

that must be heaven for him. Seinfeld 18 hours and cricket the other 6.
I managed to stay up until lunch on the first day of this test, but that's only because Tomcats was on Showtime at the same time.
