I'm sorry to read the John Ure is stepping down as President, he has been a fantastic leader of the club for seven years. I love the way he stands in the outer and uses his booming voice to support the team. Does anyone know who is his replacement?

I was also saddened to read that Tina Wilson of Merchandising passed away, does anyone know if she was the lady who served in the merchandise caravan?

Yes that was Tina. A sad loss for the club and her family who are as Hawthorn as they come. RIP Tina.

Thanks rdhopkins2, What a trooper she was, always at the games and she would not have seen much of the footy sitting in that van. She was at all the Glenferrie family days also, always my first stop to pick up the BHH membership card. One match late in the season I was shocked to see she wasn't there, one of our long term trainers was manning the van and he said she was not well, sad news indeed.
