hey all hawks supporters!
well, i don't need to day it, but i'm a melbourne supporter, and the hawks are my second fave team (thank god, or i would have been in tears from sundays match! http://www.bigfooty.com/ubb/smile.gif )
any ways, i just wanted to say good luck for your match tonight against the lions, i REALLY hope you win!
if you do, good luck for the grand final, and if you get there, KICK PORT ADELIADS BIG FAT ASS!!!!!!!

any ways, good luck again, and well done for you terrific for from last sundays match.
also, unlike any other team in the afl, you guys are great supporters, i was sitting in the hawks area at the footy on sunday, and all the hawks supporters we're really nice, unlike supporters from other teams, so thanx again!

Just wondering, why is it that so many people(including me) support the Hawks second. I know at least 30 people who do, not at bigfooty though, don't know any.
Yeah the Hawks are my second favourite team too. Don't know why... My family is half/half though, Carlton and Hawthorn, so I guess I was just brainwashed by the Carlton side, which suits me just fine! http://www.bigfooty.com/ubb/smile.gif

yeah, your right, i knwo heaos of people, not in bigfooty, that also go for the hawks 2nd.
i think that they are just a likeable team, but no good and consistant enough to be our number one team.

A good reason for this maybe...would probably be they arent a dirty team...not since the 80's anyway...plus alot of footy supporters now grew up when the hawks were in any thing and it was just hard not to like them. But they won me in 86 when i was young and used to barrack for the blues...but a jason dunstall demolished the blues in 86 gf and i subsequently changed my allegiance and havent looked else where since.
Go the hawks.

ahh, nice try hawkforce. i'm sticking with the dees alllllll the way, but the hawks, well that may change in the future...
but the mighty dees won me over in 1991, when i was 5 yrs old. we had a pretty good season, and then jim stynes won the brownlow meddal (ah, go woey!) lol http://www.bigfooty.com/ubb/smile.gif
but i wont be getting a hwaks membership, one melbourne one is enough for me, coz i LOVE them, and only like the hawks. but to let you know, if you hawk supporters need any help cheering on your team, i', willing to help (only if they are NOT playing the mighty dees!!!)
