(Committe members won't have to do nuffin', selection staff either need to actively participate in selecting side for each match or, if they don't wanna, may need to pretend their doing it while its really me pulling the strings)

However, as of next Tuesday I'm out of the country for about 5 weeks on holidays so you might have to spot me for a few weeks.
