Looks like we are giving some other blokes a go to see how they perform. Braun probably needs to run out a full game in the WAFL, thought he wasn't too bad during the time that Banfield was off against the Dockers.

Kerr will be sorely missed
But good to see Adkins come in for his first game and Gaspar will provide us with a much needed leading target up the ground

I was surprised to see Munro in and Braun out - its unusual to see players dropped after a game like that.

I also wonder when Collica will get a call back up to the side.

I was at the East Perth v Perth game last weekend and Chipper was okay - certainly not exceptional.

Adkins had been alright, getting about 20 possessions a game.

Good to see Gaspar bac, hope he can have an impact straight away but more than likely he will need to ease himself into things.

Braun was unlucky to go I think. Not outstanding, but certainly didnt do anythng to warrant being omitted in the time he was given on the ground.

Munro will need to impress. I still think this guy is built far too slight to play AFL.

The real worry is the impact the loss of Kerr is going to have on our ability to win the hard ball. Hopefully a few guys can cover his loss.

COME ON CHIPPA and COME ON KANE!!!!

I've given these two plenty of raps over my time so please dont prove me wrong.

I reckon both have the potential be part of a devasting small forward unit joining up with Sampi.

Add to that we'd have Gaspar at CHF, Haynes as a third tall and most likely McDougall at FF with Embley floating down from the wings, it looks to be a very good forward line we'll have in the future.

given that Robertson has always given us problems, who is quick enough, and strong enough, to take him?

Carroll and McIntosh are not quick enough, plus, Milli should be on Nietz.

Green was quick enough for Medhurst, but is he good enough overhead? Hunter?

Either of Green or Hunter would do the job, and you could also throw Morrison in the mix, but I'm sure the first two would be the best options.

Wilson still not in Woosha's good books??

Doesnt bode well for him for the rest of the year :(

i don't think we will ever see wilson back in eagles colours unless he plays exceptional footy for a month in the WAFL.

while it is great to see him smashing packs of opposition players into the dirt his accuracy has been off for a long time. add to that his loss of his marking ability we are left with a player whose only ability is injuring opposition players.

My adopted player for the year, Brauny...gets dropped :( I thought he was playing quite well with the limited time he was getting on the ground. He has also being named as an emergency so that means he cant just destroy some poor team in the WAFL and jump straight back into the side.

I hope he tears it up on the training track next weekend and bakes Whoosha some cookies to get back into the side :D

Love that half back line, Green Jako Hunter! Those three were very good for the latter half of the season last year. Great to see Gaspar come back into the side and he will provide us with a target across half forward, something we certainly missed since his injury.

I was hoping we could at least go 1 for 2 out of Kerr and Punda but neither will play, that's a big blow for us. Certainly will be a test and if we can win with arguably 2 of our best 5 players out then it will be a huge confidence boost.

Collica maybe one more week away? Will be great to have him back in the side, add some stability to the backline. Where is Doogs!!
