looks better than the old one , would not be hard to improve hope they can get live scores and stats up to date better

yeah there stats of live matches and stuff can be a bit behind the actual match at times, but overall it isnt too bad.

i like the new layout on the afl website, its got a good monochromatic scheme of blue colours that fits in well together. much better than the old one.

Must say to me it looks like they went over to kuepper's site and knocked off the look, although it is obviously structured differently.

Not saying its exact, but its just a feeling, probably because of the colours.

yeah the colour scheme is very similiar. but its not the same layout. afl website has more advanced java script functions in use also.

You can hardly see the teams on the buttons. I ain't Mr Magoo but for people with eyesite problems (such as umpires) its impossible to see which button is for which team.

It's gone all child like. Very simple look to it. But it doesnt matter how pretty they make it look, the site is crap. Doesnt have very much useful information and the stats are all pretty bad, live scores are never actually "live". Just a bad site, has been for years.

Looking at the website right now, there's a fair bit of news articles. I've found 3 articles on the eagles, atleast 2 on todays game and some others on the Dees (which are match related). A great improvement on the usual 1 article per-team per-week quota.
Website looks pretty sh*tty, but there's an improvement on the content.

Yeah the content has improved somewhat. But it proved to be a bit of mission to track down the stats for todays game. Admittedly, once I got there it was easy to read etc - the problem I see it actually getting there. Takes you click/ load after click/load before you get what you are after/.

well if you are computer literate, its not too hard to naviagte urself throughout a site. so i dont think it is too hard to access the stats pages
