Luke Shuey ($26), Chris Yarran ($29), Tom Swift ($29).
Might chuck a bit on each of the above, all three seem good value.
Hurley is my tip and my smokey is Christenson

Might put something on Ziebell.
Which one is Trengove, and which one is Trengrove?
Serious question.

Apparently Podsiadly is more likely to win the Coleman than Neagle.

Both Trengove.
Both Trengove.http://i26.tinypic.com/2zjch07.jpg
So it's Jack Trengove (Melb) and Jackson Trengove (PA), right. Both have pretty big wraps on them, too.

I'd put $100 on you not winning that.

Ziebell, Hurley, or a symbolic bet on Gumbleton.

Sorry to go off-topic, but that is the single most sickening GIF I've ever seen*. I'm eating and I nearly spew-burped. I disagree with most censorship - I'm not complaining - but, god, that's horrifying. How desensitised are we? The only people who can say it doesn't look real are the ones who've seen a head explode. (Kennedy assassination doesn't count.)
*Don't anyone send me anything related to tub girl.

Don't do it!

Perhaps I've seen the Saw films too many times, but that looks extremely fake to me.
Don't worry, once the season starts, I don't intend on posting any GIFs or off-topic crap on the main (Essendon) board.
Speaking of which, mods, feel free to delete all of this.

Oh no, don't worry, don't be sorry, really - I'm just a sensitive poet with overlong eyelashes. I'm not for censorship. (Yes, feel free to delete my wimperings, mods.)

Hurley has to be good odds at 8. He began to really influence games toward the end of last season. It's not easy for key position players to win the award, but he has to be a very real chance. Hard to tell what the first-year players will do.
I am surprised that Hurley isn't favorite for the Rising Star Award.
The bookies haven't missed my favorite Dustin Martin - I can see him and Trengrove and Scully having outstanding debut seasons.
Colyer $201
Long $201
Would love to know what the chances these two have of playing most of the season.
If they can get on the park. You never know.
i thought Gumby might be too old?? or is this his last chance??
i like hurley and ziebell, maybe shuey!

They have to take Long to a post office to get him weighed on their little 3kg scales.
Don't waste your money IMHO.

Hmm... the Ghost Who Walks @ $67.
Surely he'd be chuffed to know that?
So it's Jack Trengove (Melb) and Jackson Trengove (PA), right. Both have pretty big wraps on them, too.
If you think that's head explosion material, North have Ben Warren and Warren Benjamin.
I'm really hoping somebody picks the wrong one in DT/SC... I remember last year (going off topic slightly), some guy accidentally traded in Leigh Fisher instead of Sam Fisher near the pointy end of the season. :D

I saw a pic of Martin today - OMG he makes Rich look like a dwarf!
Hurley would be a good chance. $8 seems a bit short for the start of the year though.

Good value at these odds. You think he'd be favourite on what he showed last year when he wasnt injured. You know he is ready to mix it at AFL level.

thanks heaps for the info mate, cheers :thumbsu:
Hurley out to $14 for the Rising Star, definitely tempting...
Naitanui the big mover after last nights game, in to $4.50 which is way to short considering Cox will come back into their side and starve him for game time.
Trengove(Melb) the other shortener in to $8 from $12. thats due more to them stuffing up his starting price than any recent news about him. I for 1 would be happy if he gets home ;)
