Good first episode. Looks like being a quality cooking program and a good replacement for The Cook and The Chef.

It's on tonight agian isn't it? If so I might give it a look. I didn't mind the cook and the chef, but they did cook some rather bizare stuff that I wouldn't go near, but if it is as you say it should be alright.

Yeah it was very good.
The mix of her very good amateur style and a qualified chef worked well on The Cook and the Chef and could work well here.
How much butter is in a croissant ?
The guy that made those has a couple of great places here in Perth but as the programme was on the ABC, it wasn't allowed to be mentioned which they are.
